Returns and Refunds

2UNDR APPAREL EXCHANGES

To make it stress-free, we’re willing to exchange or refund your purchase if you are not satisfied with the product or have mistakenly thought the holiday weight was gone for good.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

• The item is NOT underwear, hats or socks (final sale) or Clearance (final sale)
• All requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.
• Applies only to product that has been purchased from our 2undr.com online store; and does not apply to clearance/sale items.
• Items must have all bags, tags, and/or boxes intact and cannot be worn, washed or damaged.

To organize your return or exchange request and authorization please email us at info@2undr.com with your order number, and our customer care team will assist you. 

2UNDR is not responsible for the cost of your return and/or any duties/taxes associated with the return. 

Underwear, hats or socks are FINAL SALE - they cannot be returned or exchanged. For hygiene reasons and to keep you, our customer safe. 

2UNDR WARRANTY

2UNDR offers a 6 Month warranty for manufacturer defects on select products from the original date of purchase, as long as your product was purchased from an authorized 2UNDR dealer. If you believe your 2UNDR product is defective for any reason, please fill out our Online Warranty Request Form.

Please note: This policy does not apply to products that have been damaged by misuse, accident, modification, unauthorized repair, or purchased from any 3rd party seller that is not an authorized 2UNDR dealer.

Face/Neck cover and Beanies are not covered under the 2UNDR warranty. 

2UNDR PROMOTIONS & PRICE POLICY

Coupon codes and sales cannot be combined together or with other offers. 2UNDR reserves the right to refund your order if a discount or promotion is being abused. Price adjustments cannot be made after your order has been placed and is processing. 

Discount codes do not work with clearance, sale or licensed items.
