Please note that 2UNDR HQ will be closed for our annual inventory counts from DECEMBER 24Th, 2020 – JANUARY 6TH, 2021.

During this time, we will do our best to process orders as quickly as possible. All order will process in queue of their arrival to our orders desk.

Please remember if you select Express Shipping that means that the shipping selected is express and does not mean we can process your order more quickly. All orders will be processed in queue of their arrival to our team. We still must abide by COVID safety precautions.

 As always there are NO exchanges or returns on underwear and undergarments.

 Please see our current COVID policy, as we are not facilitating returns on any items at this time.

BFCM + Holiday Shipping Notice

All orders placed during this holiday season, and during our BLACK FRIDAY + CYBER MONDAY week sales will process in queue of their arrival to our orders desk.

Please note that due to COVID Safety protocols that does mean we have less members of the 2UNDR Team working on your orders, this is to make sure everyone is safe and healthy.

During our normal time of year, orders process within 1-2 days of you placing them, due to these safety updates and the large increase in volume, your order may process from 3-5 days until it ships.

Our team is working around the clock to get your orders out to you for the holidays.

Any orders placed after DECEMBER 15TH cannot be guaranteed to get to you before Christmas.

Please note all couriers’ services are also limiting the number of packages that they can carry, so please remember to be patient as these couriers are the people who are working tirelessly to get your packages delivered. Their safety and health are important, and they must abide by their safety protocols too.

If you’re located in the UNITED STATES, your parcel will be delivered via FEDEX, please check your junk mail as your tracking notices may go there.

If you’re located in CANADA, your parcel will be delivered by PUROLATOR or UPS, please check your junk mail as you tracking notices may go there.
